have a walk-in service department with service personnel available during
our regular store hours. Some repairs can be completed while the
customer waits. Most repairs require leaving the instrument with
us for a period of time to be determined by the service personnel.
We welcome repair work from out of town musicians. Please contact us via email or phone before you ship an instrument for repair. We prefer to discuss the type of repair needed and other repairs that may be required. We rely on your description of the problem or repair needed.
